Ireland – Procurement consultancy services – 24 48 - Provision of Procurement Services Housing First National Tender

The Housing First National Office is required to go out to tender to put a new framework in place to deliver Housing First services nationally. The new Housing First service providers will retain many elements of the existing contracts but will also incorporate provision in relation to social value and sustainability clauses, TUPE regulations, enhanced specification in relation to health provision and clarifications in relation to staffing, targets, working hours, NGO unit delivery / acquisitions, existing units and other items raised during the existing contract period.
