Ireland – Transport systems consultancy services – CIE Board Advisory Services Qualification System

This is a call to competition by IE for the procurement of board and senior management advisory services to CIE. Background to requirement; To assist the Board of CIE and its senior management team in discharging its responsibilities, expertise and advice which may be required on an ad-hoc basis for, but not limited to the following areas: • ad-hoc board advisory services; • finance; • corporate governance; • public affairs; • ongoing advice to the CIE chairperson. Companies should note that any requirements that may arise under this qualification system may be of an urgent nature. It is proposed to establish a ‘Qualification System’ of experts in the above areas from which particular assignments may be sought.
