Ireland – Event services – Tender for Event Management Services for the HSE Culture and Risk Management Department.

The HSE wishes to establish a multi-year contract for the provision of all Event Management Services on behalf the HSE Culture and Risk Management Department. The specification for this tender is based on an initial requirement for the Services for a National Patient and Public Partnership Conference scheduled for October 2025. It is intended that the successful Tenderer will provide subsequent requirements for the Services for the HSE Culture and Risk Management Department. Specific requirements and costs for subsequent requirements will be negotiated with the successful Tenderer once the scale of each event is known.
