Trinity College Dublin proposes to undertake consultation provided by Elsevier to inform its interpretation of the Times Higher Education (THE) World University Rankings and Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) World University Rankings. Elsevier is the only feasibly supplier for this consultation, as Elsevier supplies proprietary data on research outputs and citation to both THE and QS rankings.
