Waterford City and County Council wish to appoint a multi-disciplined competent and suitably experienced Consultant (the “Consultant”) to provide relevant environmental consultancy services in respect of three (3) closed landfill sites, situated at the following locations. i. Kilbarry closed Landfill, Waterford City, EPA waste licence number W0018. ii. Tramore closed Landfill, Tramore, Co. Waterford. EPA waste licence number W0075. iii. Dungarvan Civic Amenity, Ballinamuck Lower, Dungarvan, Co. Waterford, EPA waste licence number W0032.
