Ireland – Financial analysis software package – Travel and Expense Software System

This RFT defines the Irish Blood Transfusion Service requirements for the tendering of a cloud based software system for replacement of our current Travel and Subsistence System. The system should have a self-service web based portal to allow users to submit approve and process domestic foreign travel, and expense claims based on the Irish Blood Transfusion Service standard public service policies, procedures, guidelines, circulars and rates.
