Galway City Council Competitive Procedure with Negotiation Galway City Council is engaging in a competitive tendering process for the establishment of a single-party framework agreement for Project Management Led Integrated Multi Disciplinary Consultancy Services in relation to the construction of the Newcastle Community Centre, Newcastle, Galway City. The framework agreement will be established with multi disciplines, subject to the receipt of a sufficient number of valid tenders. Each tender submission must include all the following disciplines: Civil and Structural Engineering Services Lead Discipline, Architectural Services, Mechanical and Electrical Services, Quantity Surveying Services and Project Supervisor for the Design Stage. Details of services required for the five disciplines above will be provided at stage 2 of the process. Other disciplines that may also be required during the duration of the framework are Environmental Services, Energy Conservation Specialist, Flood Risk Assessment.
