Ireland – Tree-clearing services – 9095 (7966-26) Framework Agreement for the Provision of Tree Surgeon Works

Iarnród Éireann require the services of pre-qualified to Irish Rail’s ‘7966 - Qualification System for Tree Surgeon Services’ to enter into a multi-party, multi-lot fixed-price framework agreement, duration one year with an option at IÉ’s discretion for an additional 12 months, to facilitate all Iarnród Éireann’s tree felling services. These requirements are to include but are not limited to installation of tree felling, vegetation removal, mulching, and all associated works. These requirements are needed throughout Iarnród Éireann’s extensive network. This multi-party fixed price framework agreement will be divided into regional requirements, see below the list of tender lots: 1. Lot 1: IM Dublin DART (Div 1). 2. Lot 2: IM Dublin West (Div 2+3). 3. Lot 3: IM Dublin East (Div 5+6+11). 4. Lot 4: IM Dublin South (Div 7+8+9+10). 5. Lot 5: IM Limerick Junction Central (Div 12+18). 6. Lot 6: IM Limerick Junction North (Div 13+14+15). 7. Lot 7: IM Limerick Junction South (Div 16+17+19). 8. Lot 8: IM Athlone East (Div 21+27+28). 9. Lot 9: IM Athlone West (Div 23+24+25+26). Three vendors will be chosen as preferred bidders for each listed lot, with the vendor with the highest evaluation score in each lot ranking first, the vendor with the second highest score placing second, and so on. You may apply for one or multiple lots but must complete the correct sheet in the pricing document for each lot.
