Ireland – Software support services – Establishment of a Single Party Framework Agreement for Esri Software Licensing

The EPA wished to establish a Single-Supplier framework for the provision of Esri Software licenses. The framework will include one or more Enterprise Agreements for the licensing, support and maintenance of new and existing ESRI ArcGIS products and services.
