St. Vincent’s University Hospital proposes to enter a contract for Maintenance of Dialysis/RO Water Infrastructure, to Include Provision for Supplying and Installing New Plant as Required with Whitewater Group. The service includes: supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of Herco Wassertechnik GmbH reverse osmosis units, providing spare/ replacement parts for Herco Wassertechnik GmbH reverse osmosis units and carrying out software updates/modifications. The service provider must be certified to install and maintain Herco Wassertechnik GmbH reverse osmosis units. According to SVUH's knowledge of the market, this service provider is the sole representative of Herco Wassertechnik GmbH reverse osmosis unit in Ireland. SVUH is proposing a contract with said service provider for maximum ten (10) years, at the estimate value of EUR 80,000 excl. VAT per annum.
