Mini-competition under framework - RFT 239262 - 3398 - Architect-led MPFA (Full Stages I-V) for SDCC. The proposed development consists of a change of use and modifications to Grange Cottage which is a protected structure from residential to a mixed-use development which includes a childcare facility, café, events space, artist’s studios and a water sports clubhouse.
