Ireland – Urban development construction work – Sligo City Public Realm Enhancement Project

Sligo County Council is seeking Tenders for Works Contractors to carry out Public Realm Enhancement on a number of core City Centre Streets. The scope of works will include the following: 1. Provide wider footpaths for a better pedestrian experience; 2. Remove bollards and street clutter to provide showcase seating and stepped plaza; 3. Introduce trees and planting for local wellbeing and biodiversity enhancement; 4. Introduce high quality granite paving and street furniture. 5. Create riverside pedestrian promenade with high quality granite paving; 6. Associated required ducting and drainage works
