Request for Tender under Open Procedure for the Supply of library books (and a small amount of other library materials such as magazines, CDs or DVDs) to the Irish Prison Service for prison libraries for people in custody. The books are primarily general adult fiction and non-fiction with a strong emphasis on Irish published books.
