Ireland – Construction work for university buildings – Business School, fitout of ground floor brokers room and third floor offices

The project will involve the removal and disposal of existing materials as well as supply and installation within an existing building for educational use. The scope of work for this project includes the partial strip out of existing ceiling elements and floor finishes. The project will also involve the installation of new raised access flooring, floorcoverings, solid & glazed partitions, joinery, suspended ceilings, doors & skirtings, the augmentation of existing M&E including power, loose furniture systems and basic making good and decorations.
