Multi-Party Framework Agreement for Architect Led Design Team Services for the Provision of Social and Affordable Residential Developments (including any associated community facilities) for Dublin City Council for smaller scale projects up to the value of €5 million. Seed project is to be the extension/refurbishment of the existing house and development of adjacent site at no. 32 Camac Park, Inchicore D12AH22. The Framework Agreement will be established for a period of four (4) years, subject to satisfactory annual performance and review, budgetary constraints and government policy. It is anticipated that the Framework Agreement will be established with a maximum of eight (8-10) operators, subject to the receipt of a sufficient number of valid tenders. As and when a service requirement falling within the scope of the framework agreement arises, Dublin City Council will conduct a mini-tender competition amongst the Framework members to determine the successful tenderer for that call-off contract. Framework members will be entitled to due consideration for all call-off contracts awarded under this Framework. However no guarantee can be given that any call-off contract will be awarded to any given member within the Framework.
