EirGrid has a requirement for the provision of a market research agency to produce and undertake a programme of research work that contributes to an understanding of citizens’ attitudes and behaviours to the provision of large-scale energy and electricity infrastructure EirGrid envisages qualifying three (3) Candidates from this pre-qualification process.
