The works comprise of the construction of 60no. two storey social housing units consisting of 4no. 1 bedroom apartments, 16no. 2 bedroom apartments, 20no. 2 bedroom houses, 17no. 3 bedroom houses, 3no. 4 bedroom houses. The associated site works and services consist of the following non exhaustive list: site clearance and excavation works, new access roads, retaining walls, footpaths, on site surface water attenuation, underground static water storage tanks, carparking, construction of new foul and surface water connections.
