The appointment of a Project Manager led Integrated Design Team (IDT) for various works to the Student Centre at the Naughton Centre Building (and surrounds), Trinity College Dublin, the University of Dublin, Ireland. The IDT includes the following related principal services: - Project Manager - Quantity Surveyor - Architect - Civil and Structural Engineer - Fire Safety Engineer - Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and other associated specialist skills providers. The works will include various fit-out, alterations, and construction related works, along with associated statutory approvals, and compliance. The Contracting Authority has a wholly owned subsidiary, Ghala Designated Activity Company (Ghala DAC), which form the contracts with the appointed consultants.
