The works consists of the construction of a new Community and Sports Facilities Building (410 sq.m.) for Clonard GFC comprising an Entrance Lobby, Multi-purpose Hall, 2 no. Changing Rooms with associated showers and WCs, Ground Floor Kitchen / Shop / Meeting-room, First Floor Meeting-room, Toilet Facilities, Boiler-room, Storage and associated site works at St. Finian’s Park, Towlaght, Clonard, Co. Meath
