Ireland – Facilities management services – Limerick City and County Council Request for Tender for the Provision of Property Management Services

Limerick City and County Council (LCCC) has a requirement for a suitable licenced property management company to manage services required for three properties as follows: - 1. Artists Apartments, Johns Square, Limerick City (8 Apartments) 2. Artists Studios, James Street, Limerick City (8 studios) 3. Dance Limerick Office, Studio and the Church (Dance LImerick, John's Square, Limerick City
