Ireland – Landscape architectural services – National Concert Hall Complex - Landscape Architect Consultancy Services

This tender invites proposals from qualified and experienced Landscape Architects to join the Design Team at Stage (i) for the proposed redevelopment of the National Concert Hall, Dublin. The landscaped areas are specifically designed to accommodate the daily workings of the national concert hall for access to the building and grounds, for the public, for the staff working within the building and for the performers and artists visiting the building as well as for the resident organisations and the National Symphony Orchestra. The diverse range of people using this building and campus necessitates a landscape design that promotes accessibility, free movement and exceeds the Building Regulations standards outlined in TGD Part M. The design must also align with the “Building for Everyone” guidelines issued by the Centre for Excellence in Universal Design
