Ireland – Legal services – Provision of Legal Services

Insolvency Service of Ireland requires the services of a legal provider to ensure that we receive advices to enable us to correctly apply the laws that affect the organisation as a statutory body and in carrying out its functions under the 2012 Act. The Contracting Authority requires up to date consistent advice which can be implemented in the confidence that it is legally robust and will stand up to challenges by third parties.
