Ireland – Construction work – Longford County Council Housing Maintenance Framework 2024-2026

Longford County Council Housing Section wishes to establish and operate planned maintenance contracts consisting of maintenance contractors who are capable of carrying out response and planned maintenance works as approved and assigned by Longford County Council using the tender rates provided in the Notional Pricing document. A panel will be formed where the successful Maintenance Contractors will be ranked based on the completed Notional Pricing Document and Quality Assessment.
