The M401 contract is a civil engineering and infrastructure contract, using the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC) Option C form of contract, comprising the design and construction of the tunnels, shafts and portals, station structures (underground), and related MetroLink civil infrastructure from Charlemont to Northwood.
