Ireland – Construction work – Home Economics Room Refurbishment at Ard Scoil na nDéise, Convent Road, Dungarvan, Co. Waterford

The project comprises the refurbishment and fit-out of an existing Home Economics classroom at Ard Scoil na nDéise, Convent Road, Dungarvan, Co. Waterford. The works include strip-out of existing fixtures and finishes, removal of identified asbestos-containing materials, minor structural alteration, installation of fire-rated partitions and doors, and associated mechanical and electrical upgrades. The completed space will include new floor, wall and ceiling finishes, joinery, white goods, furniture and teaching facilities. The works are to be delivered within a live school environment, with appropriate segregation, phasing, access control and health and safety measures maintained throughout.
