Ireland – Architectural services for buildings – Architect-led Integrated Multidisciplinary Design Team Services including Project Supervisor Design Process for Refurbishment of Dormitory, Ablutions and Ancillary Areas and Buildings at Limerick City

This project will deliver a comprehensive upgrade of the existing dormitory, ablutions and associated welfare facilities at an operational fire station to meet current and future crewing requirements, improve firefighter welfare, and incorporate modern contamination control measures. Separately, the works will include for sustainable upgrade works to the detached training building. The sustainable upgrade works to the training building include associated architectural, mechanical and electrical services upgrades, fabric improvement works, and all ancillary works necessary to complete the refurbishment and upgrading of the building.
