Ireland – Training services – Modification Notice for the Provision of Contracted Training Services to LMETB - Robotic Welding

Due to circumstance beyond our control, a new contracted training framework has not been put in place by the Central Purchasing Body. On that basis in order to ensure continuity of service, we are relying on Article 72 of the Public Sector Directive. This permits modification to contracts and frameworks during their term. LMETB has applied Article 72 (c) of Directive 2014/24/EU. It should be noted that a new competition for these services is planned in the coming month, it is anticipated that this may take at least 12 to 18 months to continue the procurement modification notice of an existing contract awarded originally in 01/03/2022.
