Ireland – Repair and maintenance services – Inclusion on a Panel for Electrical Maintenance Services (planned and non-planned) and Routine Electrical works to Kare Properties

The Facilities Department require the services of 1 or more Electrical Maintenance Contractors on an ongoing basis to deal with requests for Electrical Repairs/Maintenance. Non-planned maintenance interventions are required, and a maintenance request system is in place to accommodate this.
