Ireland – Project-management services other than for construction work – Project Management and Cost Management Services for the fit-out of the Embassy of Ireland, Abu Dhabi

The required service comprises of Project Manager and Cost Control Manager to project manage the fit-out of the Embassy of Ireland in Abu Dhabi from inception to completion, including participation in the selection of a chosen property from a shortlist, completion of a technical due diligence report and test fit component for the chosen property, procurement of a design team and building contractor and overall project and cost management through the design and construction stages of the project, resulting in the delivery of a completed office space.
