Ireland – Clinic construction work – HSE EST MW - Nenagh General Hospital - Electrical Upgrade Works Phase 2_Electrical and Mechanical

The project comprises the construction of a new electrical substation, inclusive of all necessary civil and structural works to accommodate the installation of a new standby generator system. The scope includes comprehensive enabling works such as site clearance, temporary access provisions, utility diversions, and groundwork preparations. Additionally, all associated builder’s works in connection with the mechanical and electrical installations—such as trenching, ducting, concrete plinths, equipment bases, and building modifications—form part of this contract. The works shall be executed in accordance with the relevant statutory regulations, industry standards, and project-specific specifications to ensure a fully integrated and operational power infrastructure upon completion. Note* Electrical Contractor under the electrical contract will need to co-ordinate with the Main Contractor who will also act as PSCS. The main contractor will be procured separately.
