The Concession Services comprises the provision of Provision of Tearoom Services at Oldbridge House, Oldbridge, Drogheda, Co. Meath (“the Premises”) in accordance with the requirements and specifications as set out in Appendix 1 and in line with the fees applicable as set out in Appendix 2.
