Ireland – Architectural services for buildings – Galway City Council wishes to engage an Architect Led Design Team Consultancy Services for the development of a new Tourist Information Centre in Eyre Square Galway.

Galway City Council wishes to engage the provision of Consultancy Services , Architect Led Design Team including Architect, Structural and Civil Engineer, Mechanical and Electrical Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP), Design Certifier, Assigned Certifier and Employers Representative for the development of a new tourist Information centre, public performance space and adjoining toilet block to include a Changing Places facility and all associated works. Including Services Stages (i), (ii), (iii), (iv) and (v) at Eyre Square, Galway City. All as identified in the Service Requirements Consultants Brief Document and include all services and stages included in Schedule B to the Conditions of Engagement.
