Ireland – Financial auditing services – Provision of Payment Card Industry (PCI) Assurance Services

The Authority seeks to engage a suitably qualified Consultant for the provision of Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and other related Services. The initial QSA Services will include, but are not limited to the production and issuance of both a Report on Compliance (“RoC”) and Attestation of Compliance (“AoC”), as required for submission to the Authority’s Merchant Acquirer on behalf the Authority’s TFI Leap NFC Top-Up application (iOS/Android) for e-commerce. The Authority may seek additional QSA Services for other payment channels over the duration of the Contract.
