Ireland – Graphic design services – Request for the Provision of Graphic Design Publication Design Merchandise and Related Creative Services

The Higher Education Authority (HEA) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to deliver a comprehensive range of graphic design, publication design and related creative services. The successful tenderer will work closely with the HEA Communications Section and other internal stakeholders to design, develop and deliver high-quality publications, digital content, branding, promotional materials and associated design outputs in support of the HEA’s statutory, corporate and communications functions. The services will be delivered in line with the HEA’s digital-first policy, brand guidelines, accessibility obligations and statutory requirements, including the publication of materials in both Irish and English where required.
