Ireland – Payroll management services – Integrated Human Capital Management and Payroll Software as a Service

The Minister for Education (the “Contracting Authority”) has published a CPN process for the provision of an Integrated Human Capital Management (HCM) and Payroll Software as a Service (SaaS) to provide payroll services to 4,025 schools’ Boards of Management, paying 155,200 school Employees (teachers and Non-Teaching Staff), retired Employees and Beneficiaries from primary and post primary schools.
