This is structure that is 12.5mtrs x 7mtrs with the following requirements ; kingspan insulated roof, pvc side tin and all flashings and gutterings to be included, pvc windows, patio door and bifold door. Three inside walls to be insulated and finished with t and g panelling and fourth wall to be plaster board dry lined and skimmed. Laminate flooring to be provided, skirting and architrave. Two toilets to be provided with wash hand basins, floors and walls to be tiled. Kitchenette with two deep industrial sinks. To include long wooden tables and seating to accommodate 28 pupils.
