The tender seeks to appoint an Architectural Team to manage the build, to tender for and to appoint a contractor, and to oversee the design from post-planning stage through to completion. This includes acquiring a Fire Safety Certificate, Disability Access Cert, acting a PSDP, utertaking all BCAR recruitments and inspections, acting as Design Certifier, acting as Assigned Certifier, and producing construction drawings and specification.
