Offaly Local Development Company are seeking tenders for the refurbishment of The Fiesta Hall, Kilcormac, Co. Offaly. This contract is for all works detailed in the documents uploaded as part of this Call for Tenders including - Mechanical, Electrical, Structural works. Please note the Investigation and Enabling Works were carried out as a first phase then this tender package finalised with building information made available on opening up the existing structure. Target completion of this phase 2 in Autumn’ 23
