Ireland – Construction work – East Offaly 2024 Acquisition Refurbishments

Refurbishment works to 4 properties in Clara and 2 properties in Portarlington, including but not limited to the following: Upgrade of insulation, plumbing and electrical upgrades, new external doors and windows, servicing of doors and windows, carpentry works including kitchen upgrades. Cleaning, painting and maintenance of internals and externals, removal of rubbish, etc.
