Ireland – Architectural and building-surveying services – The provision of Integrated Design Team Services for the Stock Condition Surveying of Limerick City and County Council (LCCC) Existing Housing Stock and the Preparation of Budget Forecasts

This public contract will take effect on the commencement date. Any contract that may result from this Competition (the “Services Contract”) will be issued for a term of 3-years (or as per agreed programme) (“the Term”). The Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend the Term for a period or periods of up to one year on the same terms and conditions, subject to the Contracting Authority’s obligations at law.
