Ireland – Road bridge construction work – Longford County Council Bridge Remediation Works 2025 Contract 1

Longford County Council is seeking quotations for the construction and rehabilitation of 8 bridges in the county. These bridges comprise of one concrete slabs, one composite and six masonry arch bridges on local roads around the county. The nature of the works includes but is not limited to the following: reconstruction of masonry elements, allowing fencing to tie into masonry parapets, repointing of masonry elements, replacement of soft verges with concrete rubbing strips, removal of vegetation and removal of debris from the riverbed. There are six bridges in north to mid Longford and two bridges south of the county.
