Developing a site for community building. The development will consist of the following; construction of a single storey community building to include hall, changing rooms, showers, toilets, storage, meeting room, etc., car parking, vehicular and pedestrian entrances from the public road, all with associated sewer, storm ESB Ducting and site works.
