Waterford City and County Council wish to procure the services of an Architect / Landscape Architect-led design team to work with the Council's in-house team and community partners. The required team will include the following skills sets: 1. Architect / Landscape Architect and Employers Respresentative 2. Landscape Architect (if led by Architect) 3. Civil / Structural Engineer 4. Quantity Surveyor 5. Services Engineer 6. Project Supervisor for the Design Process.
