Ireland – Research and development services and related consultancy services – To establish a Multi-Supplier Framework Agreement for the Provision of eLearning Design Expertise

SOLAS Enterprise, Employees and Skills is establishing a framework and requests tenders from suitably experienced and qualified experts in eLearning design resources for initiatives which will be delivered in person, online and in blended learning formats. Framework members will create digital resources / tools to support these programmes in areas such as Green, Digital and for SMEs. Framework members will be required to liaise with Subject Matter Experts in the above areas in order to develop online interactive content that will complement the programme content of the Green, Digital and Upskilling for SME/Micro businesses initiatives. The online/interactive elements of each initiative will be hosted on an interactive learning platform that can be accessed on multiple devices (Phone, Tablet etc.), and will incorporate Universal Design Principles (UDL)* into all aspects of the online content design. The online/digital content will be interactive and engaging and will be based directly on the subject areas covered by the Green, Digital and Upskilling for SME/ Micro businesses initiatives. Online/digital content for each programme will have a duration of between 5 and 10 hours, depending on programme requirements. The contractor will develop and deploy various types of tools and digital content to engage the learner, as appropriate, in the delivery of these supports in an online environment. Examples of such content may include: • Animations • Videos • Images • Microsites • Interactive formative assessments/quizzes • Interactive case studies • Online games • Mind maps • Interactive Infographics Framework members will provide training to SOLAS/ETB staff on the deployment of the tools and digital resources, as required
