Lot 1 - AR Architect Services (including Planning). Lot 2 - AS Assigned Certifier Lot 3 - QS Quantity Surveying Services. Lot 4 - ME Building Services Engineering (M and E) Services. Lot 5 - CS Civil Structural Engineering Services. Lot 6 - FSC Fire Safety Consultant Services. Lot 7 - PSDP Independent Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) Services. Lot 8 - EED Energy Efficient Designer Lot 9 - ER Employer’s Representative In some of the above Frameworks there will be provision for the potential separate appointment of a Technical Advisor if required by the HSE
