The Alzheimer Society of Ireland (ASI) shall make a single appointment for a Design Team for Stage (ii) Detailed Design, Stage (iii) Tender Action, Evaluation and Award, Stage (iv) Construction and Stage (v) Defects Period, Handover of Works and Certification for the proposed construction of a new Daycare Centre for The Alzheimer Society of Ireland at Roosky Vale, Co. Monaghan. Stage (i) Planning has been granted for this project. Further information on the services required is included in Appendix 1 of the RFT document.
