Ireland – Construction work for buildings relating to health – 8th Lock Adult Day Services Development – Voluntary Ex Ante Transparency Notice (VEAT)

The HSE invokes Article 32(4) for a derogation from competitive tendering where the prior Restricted Procedure yielded only one unsuitable tender. The HSE intends to award a contract to Ballymore Developments for the construction, completion and provision of a 25-year lease for a purpose-built Adult Day Services facility at 8th Lock, Royal Canal Park, Dublin 15. All essential terms of the original procedure remain unchanged.
