Ireland – Construction work – EST WORKS - Extension to Corduff Primary Care Centre

The development will consist of an extension to the rear of the existing Primary Care Centre, part one storey and part three storey with roof plant and associated access stair above this top floor with a total additional floor area of 2,070 m² to accommodate the following additional Enhanced Community Care services: Integrated Care Programme for Older People, Chronic Disease Management, Connolly Clinical, Diagnostics and Community Health Nursing along with all associated building, support and administration accommodation. External works include the relocation of the staff car park of 27 No. spaces, provision of 20 No. additional car parking spaces, additional covered cycle parking bay of 30 No. bays, landscaping and all other ancillary works.
