Single Party Framework Agreement for the Support and Maintenance of the Building Control Management System (BCMS) over a 4-year period. The Initial Contract is for the Support and Maintenance of the existing BCMS environment. The existing environment includes a Drupal front end, SugarCRM 13.0.2 back end, with online payments and integrations to a Register and Data Portal and must include full Contract Management and a managed Call Centre/ Helpdesk Please note that this project is subject to funding.
