Ireland – Demolition work – TR3759 Demolition and associated Site Remediation works at ESB Midlands Stations

The Contracting Entity intends to enter into a contract for the Demolition and associated remediations services in two ESB powerplants located at Shannonbridge Co. Offaly and Lanesborough Co. Longford. The scope of work will be divided into two lots, Lot 1 Demolition and associated site remediation works at Shannonbridge Co Offaly. Lot 2 Demolition and associated site remediation works at Lanesborough Co. Longford. It is proposed that the works in each lot will include the removal of all structures, buildings and plant components with associated waste disposal as per the stipulations outlined in the planning and environmental regulations for each site. It is proposed that the Contract may include deconstruction of Fuel supply system, Ash removal system, Powerhouse Structures, Chimneys, Site Buildings, underground structures/services, all power plant components remaining after asset recovery program.
